This server’s slip-resistant polypropylene handle allows a strong and sure grip. The blade is made of precision ground, high carbon stainless steel, and is flexible enough for easy maneuvering, but stiff for durability in your commercial kitchen. The handle is sealed for sanitary use and its white coloring can be used with different color servers (sold separately) for color-coded use.
