By booking services with Sel Catering, Inc., you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are established to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a seamless event experience for all clients.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount will be clearly outlined in your service agreement with Sel Catering, Inc..

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Sel Catering, Inc..

All payments must be made using approved payment methods. Late payments may be subject to additional fees determined by Sel Catering, Inc..

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be considered valid by Sel Catering, Inc..

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, as your date is reserved exclusively by Sel Catering, Inc..

Requests to reschedule an event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

Any changes to your order, including rental items, menu selections, or guest count, must be communicated within the timeframe specified in your agreement.

Sel Catering, Inc. reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all rental items are handled properly and with care throughout the duration of the event.

Any lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged to the client at full replacement cost payable to Sel Catering, Inc..

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Additional cleaning fees may apply if items are returned excessively soiled.

Delivery, setup, and breakdown times will be scheduled in advance by Sel Catering, Inc. and must be respected.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the event location is accessible during the agreed delivery and pickup times.

Delays caused by limited access, venue restrictions, or inaccurate event information may result in additional charges.

Sel Catering, Inc. is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or venue-related issues.

All equipment provided remains the property of Sel Catering, Inc. at all times and may not be moved without prior approval.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sel Catering, Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of rented equipment or services.

Sel Catering, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
