Carve up mouthwatering meats while keeping it all at a safe serving temperature with the Alto-Shaam CS-200S carving station! This unit comes standard with a framed clear glass sneeze guard that easily slides into place to help keep your food protected from airborne contaminants. Its removable cutting board rests on top of a heated shelf base, which features a three position toggle switch for complete heat control throughout an entire evening of serving. The heated shelf combines with dual 250 watt infrared fixed heat lamps to maintain safe serving temperatures without additional cooking, and the stainless steel base has a recessed surface to easily catch drippings and make cleanup a simple process! A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
